1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
To be eligible for a full refund of your $20 investment, the following conditions must be met:
1. You must maintain an active Shopify subscription for a minimum of 90 days
a. This 90-day period is crucial as it allows sufficient time to implement our proven strategies, test different products, and build momentum for your store
b. E-commerce success typically requires 2-3 months of consistent effort before seeing significant results
2. You must watch ALL training videos provided upon store delivery
a. These videos contain essential information for properly taking ownership and operating your store. Click here to access the training videos
3. Your store must have generated $0.00 in sales during the 90-day period
a. If your store generates even $1.00 in sales, it demonstrates the viability of the business model and would not qualify for a refund
4. You purchased our 1x payment of $697 or 2x payments of $397 for our "Inner Circle Mentorship". You would be eligible for a refund within 7 days ONLY so long as you did not watch more than 10% of the course. Watching more than 10% of course forfeits your refund even if requested within 7 days.
2. $50 Bonus Eligibility
We're so confident in our store setup that we offer an additional $50 bonus (on top of your $20 refund) if you meet all standard refund requirements PLUS:
You must run at least ONE marketing campaign using TikTok Ads:
- Minimum budget of $50
- Campaign must run for at least 3 consecutive days
- Campaign must promote one of the pre-loaded products included with your store
- Campaign must follow the guidelines explained in our store setup instructions
This additional requirement ensures you've made a good-faith effort to drive traffic to your store using our recommended marketing strategies. The 90-day period combined with proper marketing efforts gives your store the best opportunity to succeed, while still providing you with complete protection through our refund policy.
We've structured our policy this way because we genuinely want to see you succeed, and we know that proper implementation and marketing are essential components of e-commerce success.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund for your done for your store, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Send an email to support@brandbuildersclub.us with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]." Include your name, contact information, order number, and screenshots showing proof of 3 months worth of Shopify billing & your analytics for the last 90 days showing your sales data.
b. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and assess its eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in section 1.
c. Decision: You will be notified of our decision within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
To request a refund for the Inner Circle, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Hassan directly in your private slack channel that was setup for you when you initially joined. You must request the refund through Hassan within 7 days as mentioned in the eligibility clause above.
3. Non-Refundable Items
a. The FB Ad Formula: If you purchased this add on at checkout, this cannot be refunded.
b. Google SEO Guide (This service is considered as "used" upon purchase & cannot be refunded)
c. Extra Fast Shipping & Suppliers List: If you purchased this add on at checkout, this cannot be refunded.
d. 70 Total Products Instead of 30: If you purchased this add on at checkout, this cannot be refunded.
e. 1,000+ Static Ad Templates & 1 UGC Ad: This service is considered as "used" upon purchase & cannot be refunded.
f. V.I.P Inner Circle ($497 Offer): This service is considered as "used" upon purchase & cannot be refunded.
4. Changes To The Refund Policy
Brandbuildersclub.us reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
